- Expand our home fire risk assessment service to other priority neighbourhoods in Tameside - now in Denton South then Stalybridge North
- Expand opportunities for commercial trading activities, e.g. – PAT testing, other commercial safety services and commercial fire risk assessments
- Set up an information and advice service to direct residents to community support services
- Achieve ISO9001 accreditation – a quality standard for business management systems
- Continue to provide opportunities for voluntary and paid work experience for local people
