- Provided opportunities for nearly 100 unemployed local residents to gain valuable skills, training and experience, including health and safety training. This has helped them go onto full-time jobs and further education.
- Made a significant financial contribution to St Peter’s Partnerships, which has enabled the charity to grow rapidly, and develop new projects which benefit our local community.
- Become a member of Constructionline (the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers), the Fencing Contractors Association, Buy With Confidence (Trading Standards’ approved trader scheme) and CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Scheme).
- Won the Civic Trust’s Green Pennant Award for the third year running, for our management of the West End Doorstep Green. This is a national award which recognises high quality green spaces managed by voluntary and community groups.
